1. Services
Friendly's Pressure Washing provides professional exterior cleaning services including but not limited to driveway cleaning, home exterior washing, patio and deck cleaning, commercial pressure washing, and trash can cleaning in the Central Florida area.
2. Booking & Scheduling
All appointments are subject to availability
A deposit may be required to secure your booking
We will confirm your appointment via SMS or email
We reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather or equipment issues
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand life happens! Here's our policy:
Rescheduling: Free of charge with at least 24 hours notice
Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment
Late cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit any deposit paid
No-shows: Appointments where we arrive and cannot access the property will be charged a trip fee
4. Property Access
By booking our services, you confirm that:
You are the property owner or have authorization to approve services
You will ensure access to water supply at the property
You will remove or secure any items that may be damaged by water
Pets will be secured indoors during the service
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted based on property size and condition
Final pricing may vary from estimates if conditions differ significantly
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
We accept all major credit and debit cards
Buy now, pay later options may be available — ask us for details
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in our work and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of job completion and we will make it right at no additional charge.
7. Liability
Friendly's Pressure Washing is fully insured. However:
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces
We are not liable for items left in service areas that sustain water damage
Any damage caused directly by our team will be addressed promptly and professionally
8. Weather Policy
Pressure washing services may need to be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative appointment at no additional charge.
